Specialized Molding
Over the years the SEA CON® Group has progressed and developed it’s molding capabilities from the standard Polyurethane and Neoprene compounds to include Hypalon, Natural Rubber, HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile Butadiene Rubber) and Polyethylene.
SEA CON® were one of the first companies to develop the difficult process of bonding Polyurethane to Polyethylene which has been successfully pressure tested to 20,000 psi. In addition the SEA CON® Group has the capability to mold materials to suit different environments such as water, oil and extreme temperatures.
